Tampa Shut Out by Dunedin

by @ 11:49 pm. Filed under Eric Hacker, Francisco Cervelli, Tampa Yankees - May 2007

Four hits usually won’t cut it and it’s especially disappointing when you can’t even score a run.  And that’s what happened in the Yankees 8-0 loss to Dunedin.  There were no extra base hits and the only hitter to reach base twice was Francisco Cervelli, who walked and singled.

Eric Hacker had a tough time in his start and he dropped to 1-2 on the season.  He gave up four runs on seven hits and two walks with three strikeouts in three innings of work.
