Staten Island Beats Vermont In High Scoring Game

Pitching pretty much went out the window in this one as Staten Island beat Vermont 13-9.  Damon Sublett went three for five with a double, a homerun, two RBIs and two runs.  Donald Hollingsworth went two for four with three RBIs and a run.

Jason Stephens improved to 4-0 despite a mediocre start.  He gave up five runs (four earned) on nine hits and a walk with five strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
