Philip Hughes got three innings of work in and he gave up just three hits with six strikeouts in an impressive performance.  Jason Jones then threw five shutout innings and the Thunder took a 5-0 lead into the ninth when Tim Lavigne gave up five runs to put the Fisher Cats back into the game.  Then in the tenth, Michael Gardner gave up the losing run in the 6-5 loss.

Juan Miranda provided most of the offense with a nice day at the plate.  He went two for five with a double, a homerun and four RBIs.  Alberto Gonzalez went four for five with a triple and two runs.
