Michael Dunn Shuts Out Kannapolis in RiverDogs Win

by @ 11:28 pm. Filed under Charleston RiverDogs - April 2007, Wilmer Pino, Michael Dunn

Michael Dunn gave up just four hits and a walk with four strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings.  The win pushed him to 2-0 and he’s now given up just three earned runs in three starts with 18 strikeouts in 15 innings.  The left hander has been particularly effective against left handers, who haven’t gotten a hit or a walk off of him but the sample size is small (eight at bats).

Wilmer Pino scored the lone run of the game for either side.  He finished two for five in the 1-0 win.
